Hey, I’m Caitlin

A few fun things to know about me are:

  • I worked with the Government of Canada studying mTBIs (mild traumatic brain injuries, i.e. concussions)

  • Diversity is a strength, I know this because I was raised in a blended and diverse family structure

  • For 10+ years I’ve worked in brain body connection fields

  • I believe life happens for us, and as such, our concussion is an opportunity to tune-in and tune-up

It’s nice to e-meet you!

Our Offerings

Your Journey

  • Recovery is easier when you feel supported. Work through your process, learn what recovery with ease looks like, and create support in your lifestyle.

  • You really don’t have to do this alone. There is so much to consider in recovery (especially for women!) cycles, hormones, differently built brains (yes, this is science backed), social pressures and familial structures etc.. I help guide your understanding of whats going on inside your body so you can regain your energy, focus your mind and communicate more effectively with the people around you.

  • A program to help you understand the importance and accessibility of restoring your energy, clarity, and calm—without pushing or forcing. Rooted in science, lead by your spirit, this program teaches you how to rest in ways that actually fuel your day, not take away from it. Whether you're healing from concussions, burnout, brain fog, or just tired of the go-go-go, this is your invitation to soften, ground, and find ease. Through simple practices, mindful structure, and guided tools, you’ll learn to make rest a skill and a superpower.

Where Science Meets Spirit : A new way of healing

Concussions are disorienting, painful, and overwhelming—I’ve been there. Up to 80% of people experience post-concussion syndrome (PCS), and research shows women are uniquely impacted, both by the injury and the healing process.

When I was in the thick of it, I kept thinking: What if this isn’t a setback, but a turning point? What if I was chosen to walk this path to discover something deeper? What if healing became my greatest teacher?

From that lived experience, Conscious Concussion was born—not just as a brand, but as a lifeline. A high-touch, heart-forward support system that blends science and spirit to guide women through invisible injuries with clarity, courage, and compassion.

Because recovery isn’t just about checklists and protocols—it’s about tuning in. It’s about trusting your body’s wisdom and learning to listen to what it’s been trying to say all along.

You’re not broken - you’re becoming - and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help you.

This is your body.
Your brain.
Your healing.

Women Oriented

Women Oriented

I believe women are deeply inspiring beings — intuitive, complex, resilient, and deserving of care that honours the full spectrum of their experience. The feminine spirit is rich and layered, and it’s a privilege to witness her evolution in each of us.

Scientifically, the female brain is wired differently. Research shows that women's axons are leaner - making them more vulnerable to injury, but also capable of forming more intricate neural connections, which may support healing. Add to this the hormonal fluctuations we navigate naturally on a monthly basis - and multiplied by a concussion - and it becomes clear: our physiology requires a specialized approach.

Socially, women often carry broader relational and familial responsibilities. Our recovery journeys don’t happen in a vacuum — they unfold within complex ecosystems that need to be acknowledged and supported.

All of this shapes a uniquely feminine experience of concussion recovery — and it’s why I choose to focus my work on women. You deserve care that sees you fully.

Common Questions

  • You’ll learn to navigate your unique post-concussion recovery with personalized, real-time support you won’t find anywhere else. I’ll guide you in creating tailored routines that honor your brain and body’s specific needs, expanding your window of tolerance and increasing self-trust. With our high-touch support system, you’ll gain the tools and practices—movement, rest, and more—that are designed for your recovery journey. And when the road feels tough, I’m here for you, offering voice notes and in-the-moment guidance to ensure you feel truly supported.

  • If you are a woman struggling with concussion recovery and/or PCS, then absolutely yes.

In concussion lifestyle support, you are guided through layers and levels of learning and understanding yourself from the inside out. Daily task turn into opportunities that lead to eventually increasing your window of tolerance and thus your energy and focus (among many other things). We do all this work together, along with your team of clinicians and healers, so that you develop self-compassion, knowledge, and self-trust, along your healing journey.

  • I get it. Clinicians can only help based on their understanding, but without knowing your body’s language, it’s hard to communicate your specific needs. Handing over trust to a doctor can be scary. Here, we work together to help you understand your body’s signals, so you can articulate how you’re feeling and get the support you truly need. From there, it’s all progress.

  • PCS isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is why we start by mapping and planning your path. Each session begins with nervous system regulation, screen dimming, and adjustments to make our time comfortable for your brain. I understand screen sensitivity and energy depletion, so I weave compassion into your plan and end each session with a form of productive rest. Yes, there are ways to rest productively, and I can’t wait to share them with you!

  • I hear you, sister! I’ve been there. Now, I’m here to teach you tools that work for you—from cranial practices to expanding your Window of Tolerance, building self-trust, and nourishing your body. We’ll tap into energy management, feminine principles, brain repair through neuro-plasticity, and mindset training for living in the present moment. Together, we’ll create a sense of safety and ease, with practices to support your healing journey.
