On-Going Guidance

Designed for women with PCS. Our systems (brain and body) are so complex and uniquely designed. A specialized approach for each woman is key to full their individual fulfillment and recovery journey.

We work alongside each other, as you need, to help you navigate the current circumstances and needs of your post-concussion journey. Booked at your own free will.

    1st call is an assessment of concussion/PCS knowledge and an understanding of your mindset and lifestyle at the moment. No right or wrong, just establishing where you’re at and where you’d like to be.

    2nd call I share the personalized plan drafted specifically for you and your questions. We discuss and tweak it to set specific goals for clarity, focus, and a sense of tangible rewards and results. This plan can include specialized meditations, visualizations, stress reducing techniques for life, body, mind and schedules, movement techniques for internal bodily awareness, basic nutrition, nervous system regulation and more.

  • Come out with a clear mind map of steps, options, and professional connections to help guide you on your journey.

    Move through post-concussion with more self-awareness and a deeper understanding of what your body needs from a holistic and lifestyle perspective.

    Learn to speak the language of your brain body so you can then share your needs, limitations,, and boundaries with more ease and clarity.

  • Investment of $135 per call includes:

    1hour online (JaneApp) video call

    Typically to begin, a bi-weekly call schedule is recommended. We move gently during these session to honour your brain and nervous system, allowing space and time for integration between sessions. The specificity of what we work on will be unique to your wants and needs and as you develop through your journey, this will shift and alter. At the core, these guidance sessions are designed to help support you in the development of your brain body healing journey as a whole and fully individual woman, from the inside out.

  • Take time to connect with your body and tune into how you're feeling – it’s so powerful for healing.

    Get clear on your symptoms so you can share them with your team – it makes a huge difference.

    Try different nervous system regulation tools to help you feel more calm and balanced throughout your healing journey.
